MBO students from the courses AV-Specialist (audio-visual) and Mediaredactiemedewerker (journalism) at Landstede MBO in Zwolle gain practical experience during the Viking Race. The AV-Specialist students operate as cameraman, editors, switchboard operators, and directors using their own equipment. Together, they manage the livestream to all participating countries from their own broadcast bus. Students from the course Mediaredactiemedewerker are here as reporters, they’re responsible for short news reports and interviews with participating talents.
